Body SIOUX FALLS – Edgemont High School was represented at this year’s State Class “B” Track & Field Championships at Howard Wood Field in Sioux Falls by a pair of athletes, including senior John Heisler and junior Hadley Hollenbeck.

Peterson named MVP of State Class ‘A’ Track Championship

Body SIOUX FALLS – The last time Braden Peterson was able to compete in a State Track Meet at Howard Wood Field in Sioux Falls, he was a sophomore with the Edgemont Moguls.

Fifteen Bison headed to S.D. State Class ‘A’ Track Championships

Body SIOUX FALLS – This week’s state track and field meet at Howard Wood in Sioux Falls promises to be one of Hot Springs’ most successful in many years. “I’m excited for the state to see what we see every day,” said Hot Springs head coach Mike Close.

Lady Bison golfers compete at BHC

Body HART RANCH – The Hot Springs Lady Bison golfers were led by Sierra Bristow last Monday, May 6, at the Black Hills Conference meet held in Rapid City on the Hart Ranch Golf Course, as she shot an 18-hole round of 115.
Sprint Medley teammates Hunter Kunz, Matt Close, Braden Peterson and Luke Haertel not only won the Howard Wood Dakota Relays title but also set a new school record this past weekend in Sioux Falls.

Medley relay team sets new school record

Body BELLE FOURCHE – Hot Springs’ boys relays shined last Tuesday, April 23, at the Northern Hills Invite in Belle Fourche as seniors Braden Peterson, Matt Close and Luke Haertel, along with freshman Hunter Kunz, won two gold medals and also set a new school record.
