Gary Skjerve Withey, 76, of Lisbon, N.D., formerly Hot Springs, S.D., passed away peacefully on May 29, 2024 at the North Dakota Veterans Home in Lisbon.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at Faith Journey Lutheran Church in West Fargo, N.D.
