HOT SPRINGS – At its regular meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 17, held one day later than normal due to the President’s Day holiday last Monday, the Hot Springs City Council hosted a total of four public hearings while also passing two resolutions and the first readings of two ordinances – all of which passed unanimously.
