HOT SPRINGS — In a dramatic turnaround during the October 2 Fall River County Commission meeting, as volunteers from the Meals on Wheels program were explaining the problems with the State’s substitution of weekly mailed frozen meal packs in place of daily delivered hot meals, word came that the ill-advised policy was being revoked — and hot meals were set to resume on Friday, October 3.
