Edgemont City Council honors Joan Olson as Citizen of the Year

EDGEMONT–OnTuesday, November 19, Edgemont City Council awarded the firstever Citizen of the Year award to Joan Olson, for service to the community. City Councilman Brent White said he sees Olson out every single morning, no matter what the weather, picking up trash and debris all along the road and in the city park, and White credited her with keeping the town looking good.
