EDGEMONT – On Tuesday, November 19, the South Dakota Apprenticeship Summit honored Edgemont resident Sydney Belt as South Dakota’s Outstanding Apprentice of the Year, at a Rapid City banquet sponsored by Start Today South Dakota.
