Council considering expansion of cannabis ordinances

HOT SPRINGS – After hearing a plea from the owners of the community’s only medical cannabis dispensary during last week’s council meeting, the City of Hot Springs is now considering some changes to its licensing and zoning ordinances to potentially allow cultivation and manufacturing, as well as expanding the hours of operation for cannabis businesses.
