I. Coleen Peck, 97, of Rapid City, S.D, passed away on July 10, 2024.
In 1953, Coleen and her husband, Donald became original landowners on the Angostura Irrigation Project near Oral, SD., and in 1968 moved their family to Huron, S.D., before making their final home in Rapid City.
