According to Matthew Bunkers with Rapid City National Weather Service, Hot Springs saw wind gusts between 51 and 58 miles per hour over the weekend. Some of those gusts – the worst of which came before sunrise on Sunday, March 3, caused fallen limbs and strewn lawn furniture, but one or more gusts tore the roof off of this old building on Highway 385 just north of town....
