Body RAPID CITY – The Hot Springs High School Music Department took to the road for their solo and ensemble performances in Rapid City on Wednesday, Feb. 14, for the Region 8 contest which consists of most schools in the Black Hills.

Body South Dakota is now making the ACT mandatory for all Juniors by the 2025-2026 school year. South Dakota is one of seventeen states to make it mandatory. The reason South Dakota has made the test mandatory is to give equal opportunity for all students.
