Seventy Hot Springs residences get code enforcement letters

    Letters sent by outside company, Code Enforcement Specialists

    HOT SPRINGS – Recently, about 70 letters were mailed by Code Enforcement Specialists (CES) to Hot Springs residents who are currently in violation of property maintenance or nuisance code enforcement issues, some of which are in regards to unregistered vehicles.
