HOT SPRINGS – On Friday, Sept. 5, Melissa Holt and Scott (Roy) Roi, owners of Serendipity Farmstead and Two Cows Creamery and Bistro, held a farm tour of their 25-plus acre farm south of Hot Springs where they grow and produce most of their essentials for their home, restaurant and farm store following the philosophy you are what you eat.
