    HOT SPRINGS – Rio Grande Bible College (RGBC) of Edinburg, Texas, has expanded to Hot Springs after its acquisition in April 2024 of the former Cornerstone Bible Institute (CBI) campus located just to the north of town at 27317 Wind Cave Road.
