New Hot Springs City Administrator working to address ordinance violations, preservation of sandstone buildings

    HOT SPRINGS – After about five months on the job, new Hot Springs City Administrator Bob Nelson, Jr., has hit the ground running and helping to make progress in several muchneeded areas, including Code Enforcement and also addressing some issues with a pair of downtown sandstone buildings.
