New group attempts to tackle tax relief for property owners

    HOT SPRINGS — A quickly-growing group of Fall River County area residents has launched a grassroots effort to get “timely, reasonable and meaningful legislation for property-valuation relief” from the South Dakota statehouse, said cocoordinator Robert (Bob) Paul.
