Meals on Wheels to see changes in Hot Springs, Edgemont

Daily delivered hot meals to be replaced by weekly mailed frozen meal packs

HOT SPRINGS – Changes will be coming in October to the current Meals on Wheels program as a result of shifts to program services and policies set by the South Dakota Department of Human Services (DHS).
