KHSB completes downtown beautification art project

    HOT SPRINGS – Parts of downtown Hot Springs recently got cloaked in bright colors following a collaborative effort led by Keep Hot Springs Beautiful (KHSB) which put vinyl wraps around a pair of Black Hills Energy transformer boxes.
