Hot Springs Octoberfest brings dancing, beer and laughter

    HOT SPRINGS – A little rain did not dampen the spirits of those who attended the Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce Octoberfest, held earlier this month on Sunday, Oct. 5, in Centennial Park.The event offered German beers, German foods, live music and lots of laughter.Contests were held for the best German/Bavarian costume, best dancers and best group costume.Clayton Spencer...
