Hot Springs City Council discusses dire state of its Wastewater Treatment Facility

HOT SPRINGS – The City of Hot Springs’ dire situation with its wastewater treatment facility was discussed at length during last Monday night’s Sept. 15 meeting, where the city council unanimously approved submitting a pair of applications to the State Water Plan for future consideration.
