Ground breaking held for FRHS’s Cascade Hills Subdivision

HOT SPRINGS – Ground was officially broken on the new Cascade Hills Subdivision, located within the city limits of Hot Springs and near Fall River Health Services (FRHS) on Highway 71 (Cascade Road).
