    HOT SPRINGS – At last week’s April 22 meeting, the Hot Springs City Council unanimously passed the first readings of a pair of ordinance revisions which will allow for the expanded hours of operation of the town’s medicinal marijuana establishment, Dakota Kind.The current ordinance allows the hours of operation for cannabis dispensaries to be 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday ...
