    HOT SPRINGS – Last Monday night’s Hot Springs City Council meeting on Aug. 4 was highlighted by a pair of presentations, including an American Red Cross Certificate of Extraordinary Personal Action awarded to Lillian Broyles, who, as a lifeguard at Evans Plunge Mineral Springs, saved the life of an elderly Minnesota man on June 13, 2024.
