HOT SPRINGS – Frustrations by the business community regarding the downtown highway reconstruction project were vented during last Monday night’s Hot Springs City Council meeting on July 15.
“We are too comfortable as a community and we need to start getting uncomfortable,” said Carl Hall, who owns and operates 2nd Chances Recycle, Restore Repurpose at 321 N. River Street.
