    HOT SPRINGS – After prolonged nuisance issues with a private residence at 1270 S. 6th Street, the Hot Springs City Council accepted a bid of $12,500 from Wynia Construction for the cleanup of abatement property located near a trailer park along Fall River in the southeastern part of town.
