City, County discussion about dispatch center gets contentious

    HOT SPRINGS – New Ward 1 councilman Randy Graham was sworn into office last Monday night, July 21, near the outset of the Hot Springs City Council meeting. He was the lone applicant for the position after it was vacated by Larry Pratt who submitted his letter of resignation earlier in the month.
