    HOT SPRINGS – Prior to approving a short list of personnel actions regarding the last days of employment for several seasonal golf course employees, the Hot Springs City Council went in to Executive Session for nearly an hour during last week’s regular meeting on Nov. 17, and came out with a unanimous decision to hire a new City Administrator.
